Our Belt courses use the Department of Addition, a virtual simulation we built for knowledge work. Teams process client files while fielding constant interruptions, then apply Lean tools round by round. Here's what changed between round 1 and round 3:

Before you attend
- Your facilitator will contact you at least 2 days before the session.
- Sessions run live on Microsoft Teams, in English, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Eastern Time unless noted.
- Use a laptop rather than a phone or tablet.
- Have Chrome, Edge or Firefox ready — simulations don't work in Internet Explorer.
