Lean White Belt for Leaders is a one-day introduction to the fundamentals of Lean process improvement, continuous improvement and innovation for government and knowledge workers from the point of view of leaders who have a unique role to play in leading a Lean transformation and eliminating certain kinds of wastes.

  • The people side of Lean - what to expect and what leaders can do to create a movement
  • How to build support for a Lean transformation and how to get started
